CANCELLATION

Since this time is reserved for you personally, we require a credit card on file upon scheduling and a cancellation fee will be applied to the credit card on file. understanding time is valuable…

appointments are confirmed both 4 and 2 days in advance via email and text. We understand things happen keeping you from making your appointment. We require 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

missing appointment without at least a 24-hour notice will result in a charge of the full cost of missed service(s).

“No SHOWS”- Failure to honor an appointment time without notice will result in a full service charge. These fees will be expected to be paid prior to future visits.

cancellations after the 2-days out reminder or within 48-hour window will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

DepositS & Fees

All services requiring more than one hour booked time will require a $50 deposit to hold appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service once complete. Should the appointment time be cancelled before our 48 hour cancellation period, your $50 deposit will be refunded. 

We’ve done our best to protect the integrity of our work and brand while navigating today’s economic turbulence. With that, we have begun incorporating a shared Credit card transaction fee (surcharge). This will not exceed 2%, regardless of card (including american express!). We appreciate your understanding and participation to continue credit card transactions.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Our goal is to send you home with the products that work best to maintain your individual hair type and style. We guarantee all of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way, we will happily exchange your product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unopened. Hair brushes cannot be exchanged due to health regulations.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We guarantee our work, because we want you to walk out of our salon feeling fabulous and totally satisfied with our services. If you’re unhappy with any service, please let us know and we will happily make adjustments. We ask that the dissatisfaction be brought to management within the first 48 hours of given service and redo must be completed within one week of the original service. We do not just refund on a service provided. Management must approve all redo services.

PRIVACY POLICY

Salt takes your privacy seriously and only use collected information to provide our services or engage about future purchases. We do not share or sell the information we collect for any other purpose than providing the best possible service for our clients. At any time, you may request a copy of information we have recorded about you. You can also request removal of all identifiable information with respect to yourself. In most cases, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after 3 years. The scheduling service we use is called meevo, most marketing and reminders will come from this platform.

For appointments, we’ll contact you via phone call, email and/or SMS to confirm reservations and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you can opt-out anytime. All SMS reminders and marketing will have an opt-out as well. Further, after your visit we may call or send you an email and/or SMS asking you to rate our services and provide feedback. Our marketing campaigns are automated and use rules based on services and products purchased and information we collect from you. We consider your agreement and participation in the service as consent to undertake this activity but, as mentioned, you can opt-out anytime.

Late Arrivals

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please call salt at (360) 764-8935 to let us know. This may result in rescheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to charge you 100% of your service and reschedule your next appointment. We understand life gets busy and things happen, so just give us a call to discuss.

extra guests

We know your schedule can be tight, and sometimes your childcare doesn’t always work out. We have kids, and we get it. Due to safety measures and our other guest’s experience, we ask that you do not bring small children into the salon unless they have an appointment. In the event they do have an appointment, we ask that they not be left unattended at any time. We have limited seating and space available for those waiting. We appreciate your consideration of others and if you need to reschedule please let us know as soon as you can.
