GENERAL MANAGER · COLOR SPECIALIST
Jen
LEVEL 3 STYLIST
Jen is our General Manager and a color specialist with more than 10 years behind the chair. She trained at Aberdeen Beauty School and is HME certified (Hairdressing Made Easy). Jen loves vivids, reverse balayage, all-over color and cutting. Her specialties are vivid color, root touch-ups and haircuts. Honest, intentional and servant-hearted, she does hair to be creative and to make people feel good. She wants every guest to leave feeling calm and confident. One favorite moment: a guest having a hard week came in for all-over color and left with vivid ends that changed how she saw herself. Next up for Jen is her Ring Aqua extension certification in early 2027.

LEVEL 3 STYLIST
Kelli
Kelli has been a stylist for 7 years, and her style is passionate, attentive and personalized. She trained at Paul Mitchell beauty school and is certified through BaBe in four different types of hair extensions. She loves blonding, balayage, cuts, extensions, curly hair, bridal styling and treatments. Guests come to Kelli for color corrections, extensions, root touch-ups and blonding, and big transformations are her favorite. Kelli does hair to help her guests feel confident in themselves, and she wants every guest to leave loving their hair. One of her most meaningful moments was putting extensions in for a guest who had lost a lot of hair. The guest started crying because she finally had her confidence back. Kelli loves how caring the Salt team is. They uplift not just their guests, but each other too.

LEVEL 3 STYLIST
Ashley
Ashley has been a licensed stylist since 2014. She trained in California and has taken several advanced color classes, with an extensions class coming up next. She loves blonding, balayage, cuts and color, and reds are a favorite. Guests come back to Ashley because of how much she cares about them and their hair. She loves a transformation, and she especially loves helping a guest who just wants to like her hair again find a look she loves. Ashley always knew she wanted to do hair. After time away, she came back for the creativity and the chance to connect with so many amazing people. She wants every guest to leave her chair feeling confident.

LEVEL 2 STYLIST
Makenzie
Makenzie has been a stylist for 3 years, and her chair is all about luxury, elegance and relaxation. She trained at Centralia Beauty College. She loves blonding, balayage, cuts, treatments and anything with color. Her specialty is blonding and lived-in color, and any color transformation is her favorite kind of appointment. Makenzie does hair to help people feel like the best version of themselves. She wants every guest to feel relaxed, seen and heard. She loves Salt's teamwork and the clean, luxury products we use.

Karely
Karely is one of our newest licensed stylists, and her style is elegant, trendy and girly. She trained at Evergreen Beauty College. Karely has always loved beauty and making people feel confident. She loves blonding, balayage, cuts, extensions and treatments. Bright transformations are her favorite, and her best moment is when a guest lights up at the mirror. She wants every guest to feel good and love their results. Karely's first language is Spanish, so she can welcome Spanish-speaking guests in their own language.

LEVEL 1 STYLIST
Isabella
Isabella's style is modern, effortless and timeless. Isabella has been a stylist for 2 years and has continued her education in coloring and extensions. She grew up around the beauty industry through her sisters. She loves blonding, balayage, extensions and bridal hair. Her specialties are dimensional color, blonding and soft, healthy results. Bold transformations and blonding are her favorite services. One of her proudest moments was a color correction that took a guest to the blonde she had always dreamed of. Isabella wants every guest to leave feeling confident, beautiful and happy, as if they invested time into themselves.

Emma
Emma's style is precise, technical and imaginative. She trained at Evergreen Beauty College. She loves blonding, balayage, cuts, men's cuts and vivid color, and she's happy to take on any and every haircut and color. Big transformations are what get her most excited. Emma does hair to help everyone bring their vision to life and feel their best. She wants every guest to leave feeling absolutely beautiful. One of her most meaningful appointments was helping a guest shave her head before starting chemotherapy. It showed her that a stylist can help people feel their best, and also walk with them through some of the hardest times in their lives. Emma loves the collaboration and teamwork at Salt.
